Designed and tested core user experiences and a mobile-first interface for a craft spirits tasting platform powered by machine learning. Developed brand voice and identity with multimedia presentations and projects.
Designed, built, and iterated all UI/UX design system elements for the tasting.ai app, from conception to launch.
Organized and led user testing, including in-person interviews, online surveys, and A/B tests of new app features. Wrote research documentation detailing key strategy takeaways and development actions.
Overhauled the app with new features and design improvements following pivot to subscription model.
Implemented and refined brand identity: designed and wrote presentations to demonstrate brand value to stakeholders, published company websites, set up an SEO-optimized blog, planned and executed video productions, and created graphics, icons, logos, and marketing copy.
